I was going about 2 days a week in the beginning, but then I tore my lat muscle lifting and havent been back in a at least 3-4 months now.

I'll start up again soon, perhaps I'll get serious with it, perhaps not, perhaps I'll just toy around with it??? I love the whole combat scenario, man vs man so it's just fun to me no matter what. I do have skills and have picked up alot since the training began, but my main issue is endurance and stamina.
I am not in shape so I gass out alot out there on the mat, it's not easy, it's like running a marathon LOL! You can be as bad as you want, but with no gas in the tank you become a little girl real quick LOL!

My buddy has progressed big time and might actually fight in May/June at a local Indian Reservation...IF THE COACH DECIDES HE IS READY. It's all on the coach, he's a great guy with a strong passion for the sport. I love learning from that guy because he is passionate in his teachings.

I know someone who has progressed big time and thats INCREDIBLE BULK aka TAEKWANDOGUY
He is making moves big time as i follow his log over at Mighty's World.
He is really putting his heart in it and I can see him making it in the sport as he has alot of skills going by his postings
You will find your stamina goes up 100% once you loose the excess weight mate, plus your doing cardio now, i myself dont get tired, i just get bored.
