Your feedback is boosting my motivation so Thank You All !!! Now that I think about it, its actually 4 months, not 5 I think that NO-Explode is messing my math skills Keep in mind that I'm far from an expert and please tell me how I can improve either diet or routine. Thanks in advance !

Th - Back
F - Triceps
S - Cardio / Legs

Before September 15th I was around 190-195lbs depending on the day and amount of food I ate that day. Right now I'm ~198-200lbs but I can tell that I lost fat especially around waist and gained muscle. I obviously want to gain more and I have been following above diet, especially throughout the day snacks, for last 2 weeks. I want to continue with it for couple more months and see the impact.
