i have been training for over twenty years and the only way you will know what i lift is train with me,i really dont believe in stating how much you can lift,its not how much you lift its what you do with it,the amount of guys i have heard say i can lift this much then you watch them do it with very poor form,tell them to it properly and they can lift hardly a third of their claim. rant over!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
