Setting up a routine for my wife...
My wife wants to start working out with me 2-3 times a week with weights and I was wondering what is the best way to get her going with it? What exercises should I have her doing? She has been dieting and losing weight and is now wanting to build a little muscle and tone up, but continue to lose fat. She will be doing cardio 3 days a week also on non-workout days. I just wasn't sure what a good beginner routine would be for women and figured I'd ask here. Thanks for any advice you can give.
