I want MASSIVE legs!
I want massive legs. Nothing ridiculous, but I think they should be the defining character of my physique. What would be a good routine to blast my legs and build size. Big quads, hams and calves.
I am not sure if my routine is a good start or what...
Squats: 4 x 10 @ 135
Leg Extension: 3 x 8 @ 50
1 x 8 @ 60
Leg Curls: 3 x 8 @ 50
1 x 8 @ 60
Standing Calf: 3 x 10 @ 185
1 x 10 @ 205
Seated Calf: 2 x 10 @ 180 (stopped after two sets cause my calves said so. listen to your body)
