The diet needs some work buddy, it's not completely off the wall, but it needs some adjustments for sure.
I am no diet expert, but I listed my opinions below .

I think this meal could use some work in the protein department.
Milk is more slower absorbing as you may know so it's not a great source after a fast. It's not bad, but shouldnt be a main source for protein that early. And how much protein is in the turkey patties???

4 hours is way too long to go without eating, way too long, especially when you are trying to rev up your metabolism to lose body fat.
You should be eating within every 2 hours, maybe 2.5 or at the very most 3, but 4 hours is simply too long.
You should opt to get 6-8 meals in per day to rev that metabolism up, just watch your portion sizes

1.5 cups is too much brown rice. You should be cutting down on the carbs during fat loss times. A 1/2 cup is more suitable in my eyes, perhaps 1 cup at very most.

Again, 1.5 cups of brown rice is too much and now you are having the same amount again only 2 hours later, not good.
I'd skip the carbs for this meal all together and save them for the next meal (PRE-WORKOUT) where you will need them much more and can be assured the carbs would be put to use ...as fuel

This is a crappy pre-workout meal buddy. You should opt for whole protein from real foods for this meal, but Whey can suffice as it's the carbs that need work here. You need more carbs and a better source than a banana

Good protein source and good post workout meal, again TOO MUCH carbs for someone trying to cut bodyfat.
