Default Time to get Lean!

I just came off 12 weeks of 5X5 training where I made great gains in size and strength, however think I went a little overboard on eating. I feel like I am fat and I kinda am so now its time to get lean. Thought I would throw my daily diet up to get some input on what you all think and if I am heading in the right direction.

My Stats are:

5'8"
213
19-20% percent fat?
I have been training solid for 1.5 years.

Breakfast 7:30
1 Cup Kashi Golean Cereal
1 Cup 1% milk
1 Medium size banana
2 Turkey sausage patties

Snack 11 am
2 oz of beef jerky
1 Medium size green apple

Lunch 1 pm
6 oz of Chicken breast
1.5 Cups brown rice

Snack 4 pm
Same as lunch

Pre Workout 5:30
2 scoops of On Whey
1 medium size banana

Post workout/Dinner 8pm
8 Oz Chicken breast
2 Cups of brown rice

Daily Totals
Calories- 2592
Fat- 37.5
Carbs- 316
Fiber- 27.5
Sugar- 76 (From Fruit)
Protein- 232

So the goal is to lose 20lbs of fat and go from there. I lift 3 days a week and do low intensity cardio for 20 mins on those days as well. I want to preserve as much muscle as possible obviously cause we work so hard to put it on, but more importantly I want to look good. Please help.
