yea after reading lots of topics on here i've realized that i am doing too much upper body work out...i think thats the reason y i havent seen too much results...of course my intentions were never to get the perfect body in 2-3 months but i thought doing it 4 times a week could help out alot...
as far as my diet go...its kinda bad....i take cyto gainer everyday (3 times)...i dont eat too much junk but i manage to eat chicken (the only meat i eat) in my body like 3-4 times a week....
so what kind of workout u guys prefer if not doing 4 days a week all upper body and i know i need to to start doing lower body as well...
need a good workout plan
