I think you should go along with Max-ot and follow that. A cable machine if your going to get one I believe you'll be able to then follow max-ot (exercises to equipment wise) 100%. Check it out!
Google Max-ot or theres a .pdf of it in one of the Sticky's in the Workout n training section.
dark - overtraining is possible yet hard to reach. You can set up routines to work a muscle group x2 a week. THeres a bunch of those routines in the Sticky in the section I described above.
Coco Butter will help with stretch marks.
