At only 160 lbs, you should aim for 2500-3000 calories intake. From good sources of food, not a can of soda that has 50 calories in it. From the looks of the stats before n after, you have no problem gaining weight (to go from 185 to 150 tells me you have the ability to hold fat and what not cause you shouldn't lose ALOT of muscle upon a dimenishing diet.) This tells me that maybe, hehe, your metabolism isn't as high as you think.

Drop the t-bomb, that stuff is a joke. Get a good test product, everyone here will prolly recommend tribulus (me included.)

High weight n low rep is good for strength. Did you have a routine in mind? If so, post it up...
