Default Getting Back into It

Hello Folks. I came across your forum and after reading quite a bit here I decieded with all the nice folks you have here that this was the place for me to join into.

Little back ground about me.

I turn 30 in about 2 weeks.
I'm 5'10"
160lbs.
Naturaly have about 10% BF.
High <did I say high?> Metabolism.

About 2 years ago while I was in active duty air force, I used to work out on a 4 day schedual. I was following the routine of eating 6 times a day, whey protein, T-Bomb, and creatine.

I would eat a ton of chicken/rice. Whole bunch of other good foods too.

Doing this I was able to get up to about 185lbs. At that time I plateaued.

I got out of active duty and quit lifting. In 2 months I dropped from 185 to 150. (Depressing yes).

Well, I'm climbing back on the horse now and just wanted to get your guys opinion on just what kinda of caloric intake I need to shoot for to get myself back up and gaining again. I'm just focused on bulking up atm, with the type of body style I have I always end up being cut. So for now I was just wondering what kind of eating habits and lifting <I plan on high weight/low rep isolation lifting like I used to> you guys would recommend for me?

Any info you could give me would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks guys.
