I had gyno surgery before. Nothing to it. I too, had a plastic surgeon do my surgery. He made the incision where the nipple meets the skin so you cant see a scar at all. Very well done.

I was told no lifting for 5 weeks but I took 6-7 weeks off just to be safe. I had to keep a thick pad on my left chest for a few weeks after the surgery. This was to help keep pressure on the surgical area and prevent fluid buildup. I only had it on my left side.
