A week in, doing well. Diet is cleaning up nicely... Doing HIIT every other day... up to 20 minutes per session... I do Taekwondo Mon-thursday, so I get some work out time then as well.
I still need to figure out weights... thinking about adjustable dumbbells... I need to do some homework on that.
About the diet, I have been using my Vitamix a lot... and love it... easy to eat clean with it... Between that and chicken/tuna, things are looking good...
