I agree...already I find that foremost in my mind is the thought: "Eric deserves the best from me as he gives me the best of himself while training." And oh yeah does he push us albeit quietly. I have to really work on co-ordination since my dominant side switched from right to left due to the nerve damage from the lyme disease. He grins when I mumble..."sure...torture the 'old' lady with co-ordination work!" But he knows I love the challenge and will work diligently regardless. I've already seen improvement with my right side that I wasn't able to bring about with just yoga, hiking and lifting. To say the least I'm ecstatic about the improvements. It's been a long time coming.

I never would have thought in a million years that MA training would do for me what nothing else had done.
