Well...so much for a happy new year...
Around the time of my last post we lost a very dear family friend suddenly to a brain tumor. My sons and I were very shaken at his sudden passing. In spite of losing Ray my trip out to Illinois was great. My grandies are da bomb and we took off on some pretty cool trips/adventures with them. I arrived home to find out that my favorite SIL has a brain tumor and a very, very close friend of mine may have cancer.
I gave my knee a longish break and it's feeling very fine. May not get back to the gym for a bit as of yet as I have a ton of Dr's appointments in the next couple of weeks for myself, my friend and possibly my SIL.
I'm back to my MA training as of last night and it was great to be back in the kwoon.
My time here is going to be limited for a bit as my family and friends need my assistance. I'll stop in when I can.
