hey man.....well I have been doing ALOT of research lately and just being natural playing with my body....I have honestly found that whey isolate pre and post training is best....I have also decided to start a 20 week diet/training for an upcoming show here in arizona....my diet starts this friday and I have also decided to take some enhancements...I haven't decided which board I will keep my log and progress on....I am also in the market for someone to help me with the diet and training schedule
