Keep in mind that I am flexing them in the picture. They still need alot of work on getting more cut. My coach is not so concerned with me going crazy on legs because I have been blessed with bigger legs, even when they were full of fat, lol - my quads have always had alot of size. They will also get more ripped closer prepping out. I just train them hard and also attribute them getting harder with my spin. Its all quad, ham and ass action on the bike, hence the reason for getting one SOON!
Hells yeah.. I can't wait to rock shorts
