Goodgame's Log
Ok, time to resaddle up the horses. I moved about 6 months ago to Mississippi. There is no gym close to me... bummer. I had a bout of some inflamation of some torn cartilige in my knee... that feels a bit better now. I have been doing martial arts again since August, feeling pretty good... getting my flexibility back that I used to have. Didn't know it for several weeks, but I was living with pneumonia... thought I just had a bad cold I couldn't kick... that is gone.
In light of how freakin cold it is here, I bought an elliptical the other day. I am working up to 20 minutes HIIT...
I need to figure out what I am going to do for weights....
