in my house i just have simple stuff right now. Its up to my dad if he wants to by another machine or im going to have to join a gym. From what i have in my house (stated above) do you believe thats enough for me to gain some definitiion. Is it enough to take supplements.
If so can someone suggest a work out routine for me that i can do at home. And if you guys suggest any supplement.
Im going to take max-ot.. but not sure that would work with just i have..??
