Am taking your advice, lots of sleep over this holiday break, done me a world of good. And yeah--I get quite a bit of ****/compliments, depending, on folks both older (and younger) than me--I'm pretty obsessive about this stuff, and super careful about my eating (plus I eat a huge amount), so it's pretty obvious to most folks how into training i am.

have been working my legs aggressively in recent months, but no doubt that my new years resolution is to bring em up by summer. As for my routine--chest, legs, arms, back get their own day, usually have one full body workout as well, one day off, one day running--and 20-30 mins cardio 3x week before weights as well.
