Thanks RJ... Nope I didn't really cut back on the cals.. They were originally at 1900 but have been going up to satisfy hunger, lol. I am currently at about 2500 and they will go up a bit more. I must admit that with all this holiday crap, I have been having a cookie or so here and there, but I have tons of time to get back on track before I step up. Its the holidays you gotta celebrate at some point right? Yes, I was measuring everything on a scale, but now just go by eye. I have about 150-200gms of each @ each meal, but some meals are smaller, like pwo, that is only about 270-290 cals.

I can't believe all the peeps that have been @ the gym in the last few days trying to burn out before they pack it on in the next few days. That aint gonna help jack. They are taking up all the space of us regulars, lol.

Thanks on the before pic, lol. Only thing I miss from that one is my ass.. its pretty tiny these days.
