Some help 17 year old noob
Whats up guys. Im pretty new to the working out thing. But i play sports i keep active im always doing little things. I dislike going to gyms bc i feel weak when i see people benching more then i weigh lol. Ide rather start at my house. Doing simple things such as abs crunchies pushups i have a bench incline decline reg. also has curls for arms and legs. Im wondering if this is enough to start me off.
I would like to kno some tips, and the best way to work out on what i have like bench to abs. How many sets? How much a set?
And im thinking about purchasing creakic or something similiar to that. During my last workout period i jumped on no explode and cell mass. Used about half a dose of each and then couldent do it anymore. People that im around almost everyday saw a difference, and i kinda felt a difference. But for creakic etc how long should i work out a day? best way to set my schedule? Any other suggestions on what to take if to take anything?
