If you have Adobe Acrobat just open the PDF in that and save as a JPEG. I have Acrobat Pro but I'm pretty sure you can save as JPEG in the free/basic version too.
I think you should be proud of your gains. You are in your 40's and are in excellent shape. The toughest part is applying what you learn for long term goals and staying
consistent and you did it!
If you're interested in gaining some overall size, add some more calories on WO days like people above me have said.
