I cant critique your progress unless I know your goals.
With that said, I will give you credit for a lean physique , so the diet must be good.
However,
I think you need to bulk up more as in the 2.5 years you havent put on alot of mass what so ever, or lean mass at that.
I do see progress, no doubt, but I just think you need to bulk up more. As with your diet being adjusted accordingly you could have made the same progress within a few months to 6 at most

[EDIT] - And there is no way you were 18% bodyfat in the pics from 1995, more like 15-16%
