I take a multi. That's the ONLY supp I'm taking right now. I haven't had any serious issues here of late, I just don't load heavy, nonstop (I deload often). I slam heavy for 4-6 weeks and deload 1-2 weeks. I keep getting stronger and stronger and the down time helps me recover nicely.
