I'm trying to reach that leaner 225-235 range too. Still at mid 230's now, but with more BF than the goal is. I KNOW I've added 12-15 lbs of muscle in the last year while dropping 20+ lbs of fat......just gotta keep rolling the same way.

I'm going to go do a quick 5x5 style workout with some benching, squatting and some bent rows.
I'm going to lean down a little bit over the next month... Just to kickstart my gains for the new year. It's operation Lean265lbs by June baby.
