I had surgery and Im almost at 80%. To make a long story short, my wife is telling me that I cant lift. My doc says I can, but theres no arguing with a pregnant woman. Is there any "safe ways" to get back in the gym, and also to give her peice of mind. Any help would be apreciated. Thanks, Brian
Ouch mate, i know how you feel, i severed my extensor tendons on a grinder last year and took nearly 4 months to get back into training after 10 weeks off work. I don't know what you actually did but i found that my 'grip strength' was the most affected so dumbells and free weights helped me overcome this. It still took a while as i lost overall strength by not training or eating enough but i am back to where i was now.
Good luck!!
