I've noticed lately that its easy to get complacent with the weight you are pushing... I tend to get it into my head that what im doing is really heavy and my brain tells me that im at my limit for the time being. TODAY I TOLD MY BRAIN TO GO F*ck off and decided to really test myself.

I'm sure its not all that impressive to some of you guys but im supper jacked up about the weight i put up today. This is by far the strongest I've ever been and im down 33lbs from where i started 4 months ago.
