I did a bunch of running this summer including tons of uphill running. I lost a little weight from the running and from not much lifting.
Currently, at age 43, I'm at:
Bench 315 X 3 (PR: 315 X 10; 335 X 8; 365 X 3; 405 X 1)
Squat 365 X 5 (PR: 405 X 10; 365 X ?; 495 X 3)
Deadlift (who knows?) (PR 465 X 1)
I'm a little frustrated as I'm trying to get my lifts back up but it doesn't come as quickly as when I was in my 30's. I weigh about 205 right now. I seem to enjoy cardio more than lifting these days, which is kind of weird.
