Tuesday, 10/30

I am getting a cold...it is more like hay fever than cold I guess. I had to take some Claritin D and it's made me a bit uptight.

I think the workout helped a bit with the allergies. My head feels better now.

I'm doing most of my reps in the 12-16 range right now, seeing how this will work for me. This is just my second week working out like this.

alternating shoulder press
1 x 15 - 15 lb db
1 x 13 - 20 lb db

arnold press
1 x 14 (10 at 20 lb db, then 4 with 15s)
1 x 15 (jeez louise - 13 w/ 15s, then had to go 10s for crying outloud!)

upright rows
2 x 15 - 15s

shoulder flyes
1 x 16 -10s
1 x 15 -10s

front raises
2 x 15 -10s (I should have really done less weight cause they weren't all pretty, but the only lower I have is 5, then 2 and those won't cut it at all)

That seems like a lot of shoulder work....hmmm

db bicep curl - alt straigh up down with angled outward
1 x 16 - 20s
1 x 15 - first 12 w/ 20, then moved to 15s for last 3

concentration curls - dbs
1 x 14 - 20
1 x 15 - 20

static arm curls
2 x 16 - 15s then 10s

hammer curl
1 x 15 - 10s
1 x 14 - 10s

skull crusher (dbs)
2 x 15 - 15 lb dbs

bench dips
1 x 20
1 x 21

side tri-rise
1 x 15 each side
1 x 16 each side

Then I did core work for 15 mins
a few exercises at 20-25 reps each
