Today is Sunday, October 28th. End of Week 5/ Beginning of week 6.

Weight on wake-up: 154.2 (start: 156.0)
BF: 11.1% (start: 11.1%) by bf caliper to the same suprailliac spot as usual (avg of 3).

Diet: about 2500 ED.

Dosage last week: 2MV/1TR

Other supplements: 1 Multi-V nightly ED (Costco-Kirkland Performance), 3g Fish Oil ED (omega 3-6-9), 4 6OXO (2am/2pm).

Sides experienced this week: None. Didn't notice anything. Libido fine.

General feelings / mental state: Same as usual.

Workout days this past week: Lifting on Sun & Tues. Cardio on Mon & Weds. No lifting on Thurs due to company golf outing. Lifting today for stats.

Current Injuries: none

Current Stats (1RM) as of today:
bench 203 (start:163)
squat 252 (start:215)
dead 323 (start:273)
total 777 (start:651)

Plan for next week: Up calorie intake to 3K and try to get about 300g of protein a day. Normal wo/cardio routine. 2MV/2TR (pre-wo).

Notes: Alright, next sunday I will be in DC (again). So no weight-in and no update on 1RM Current Stats for 2 weeks.
