Diet: about 2500 ED.
Dosage last week: 2MV/1TR
Other supplements: 1 Multi-V nightly ED (Costco-Kirkland Performance), 3g Fish Oil ED (omega 3-6-9), 4 6OXO (2am/2pm).
Sides experienced this week: None. Didn't notice anything. Libido fine.
General feelings / mental state: Same as usual.
Workout days this past week: Lifting on Sun & Tues. Cardio on Mon & Weds. No lifting on Thurs due to company golf outing. Lifting today for stats.
