BMI Index
I am looking for info on the BMi index I am 6' 225lbs. Just joined Gym 2 weeks ago. BMI says I am obese, inch test says overweight. Since joining the gym, I have gained 3 lbs. Workout cardio (stationary bike) 30 minutes, and nautilus equipment, not looking to get huge just healthy, want to lose 25 lbs, and create some muscles. Is there anything out there for a LOW glycemic index diet? (diabetic)
