Fish Oil ED (omega 3-6-9).
Sides experienced this week: None. Didn't notice anything. Libido fine.
General feelings / mental state: Same as usual.

Notes: The only gym day was last sunday. Went to the gym today... lifts were good, except my bench press was down... don't really know why...maybe I needed to rest more between sets... everything else was same or better. Maybe just the typical up & downs of lifting. Took 2mv/2 tr & 1 scoop No-Xplode pre-wo... got light-headed on squats and deads. going to try 2mv/1tr this week.
