Weight on wake-up: 157.8 (start: 156.0)
BF: 11.1% (start: 11.1%) by bf caliper to the same suprailliac spot as usual (avg of 3).
Diet: about 2500-3000 cals ED... 40p/40c/20f w/ some sporadic protein shakes thrown in when I think it is needed.
Dosage last week: 2 caps MV & 2 caps TR (All pre-wo)
Other supplements: 1 Multi-V nightly ED (Costco-Kirkland Performance), 3g Fish Oil ED (omega 3-6-9), 4caps 6-oxo (2morning/2evening), 1 Scoop NO-Xplode pre WO
Sides experienced this week: None. Didn't notice anything.
General feelings / mental state: Same as usual.
Workout days this past week: Cardio on Mon morning. Lifting on Sun, Tues, Thurs.

Plan for next week: cardio mone and thenbreak due to being on business trip to DC the rest of the week. Might hit gym at the hotel, but no pills. And might hit the gym here starting next sunday depending on jetlag.
Notes: The 2caps MV & TR really kick it up in the gym... I will be trying this again after next week. My bench was crazy today and that's no bs... I hope my squats & deads do that too when I get back from the week break...
