LB high football team was in taking up half equipment today... couldn’t get anywhere near the racks. I think they were doing some sort of clinic or something
Anyway, I was going to make a post about this but i might as well just ask here... Since I don’t do the Push/pull split, and I don’t want to do squats and deads on the same day... does it matter which one i decide to toss onto the chest day?
