With what? The decrease in bench totals? Or the fact you have one pec larger than another?

If it's the pec thing, thats normal because most people are not 100% proportionate. We all vary, my pecs are not equal in size either as my left is a little more developed (larger) than the right...
It could be a number of things from improper lifting form to undeveloped mind muscle connection to un-level lifting surfaces or bench units to pure genetics....It's a process of elimination to alleviating the issue.


So far as your decrease in numbers, well that could be from a number of things .....
It could be overtraining or poor nutrition (which goes hand in hand with overtraining), improper form, injury, poor recovery and poor sleep patterns, which again goes hand in hand with overtraining. The list goes on and on.

AND when you say your "Bench and chest exercises have gone down", what do you mean?
Please dont say "5-10 lbs less"
