Weight on wake-up: 156.4 (start: 156.0)
BF: 11.0% (start: 11.1%) by bf caliper to the same suprailliac spot as usual (avg of 3).
Diet: about 2500-3000 cals ED... 40p/40c/20f w/ some sporadic protein shakes thrown in when I think it is needed.
Dosage last week: 2 caps MV (1 pre/1 post wo)
Other supplements: 1 Multi-V nightly ED (Costco-Kirkland Performance), 3g Fish Oil ED (omega 3-6-9), 50mg DHEA (non-wo days), 1 Scoop NO-Xplode pre WO
Sides experienced this week: None.
General feelings / mental state: Same as usual.
Workout days this past week: Cardio on Mon & Fri morning. Lifting on Sun, Tues, Thurs.

Notes: Took the 2 cap dosage on Sun, Tues & Thursday. Monday, I swear I had sensitive nipples... but didn't have it the other off days...so must of been mental. During the week I usually work out about 5pm. Tuesday night, I took the post dose about bedtime and I slept like crap. Was tired as hell the next day. Also, usually I take 1 scoop NO-Xplode before my WO, Thursday I didn't and only took an "energy pill"....I noticed my energy was fine but set reps were down on the last set an average of 1-3 reps on all sets. Can't tell if the DHEA is doing anything for me. At wk5, I might try 6-oxo in place of it as an off-day test booster. This week I am going with 2 TR on wo days along with NO-Xplode to see what the TR does to/for me before I start mixing the MV & TR.
