First of all thank you for your services, I have many friends in the military and respect the job everyone does every day. My advice to you is to hit it as hard as you can and stay on that nutrition post which has really good threads. I would try to get 200 grams of protein every day, get your slow digesting proteins at night like casein instead of whey, salmon is also a slow digester as well as many others. Stick with your whole grains (wheat instead of white, sweet potatoe instead of white, brown rice instead of white). And remember to rock on and have fun! (p.s. stay away from those acapurrias, I'm from PR also). (I know I spelled that wrong)
