Pulsing is suppose to give you 60% of the gain, 60% of the short-term sides and 40% of the long term sides when compared to doing a usual oral cycle for the same timeframe, say 4 weeks. Also, since the sides are lower, support supplements can supposedly be bypassed as well as the PCT since your body isn't completely dependent on/use to it. Plus, you can go for a longer duration on the pulse, like 8-10 weeks and supposedly keep most, if not all, of your gains. Bad is it rollercoasters your hormones over the long term due to outside chemicals, when with full cycles you are slowing going on, staying on and then going off them, hence the PCT to recover and get your body back to normal asap.
The pulse theory sounds great.. However, there are numerous opinions either really for or really against it. I like the sounds of it, especially with the money saved on support supplements, the amount of pills intaking daily, lessened side effects, pct considerations, etc... compared to a full cycle. So, I decided to do a self-experiment to figure out exactly what pulse does or doesn't do...
I do have some Nolva on hand, incase I need it in a hurry... also, do have some 6-oxo, incase I need an AI to help stablize levels on off-days...
What I am hoping to get from this is some good gains over the long run. I understand that it supposedly will not come as fast as if I did a full cycle, but that is fine as long as they do come and at a rate that is significantly higher than if I did no cycle at all. I am really turned off with the amount of supporting supplements I had to take along with the Epidrol my last cycle. The amount and having to coordinate the dosage of everything.. also, if I did need to stop the cycle for some reason, I would still have to do a PCT.. With pulsing, you supposedly can just stop and all will be well...
