wk4 (14 - 20 Oct): none - break due to being in DC.
wk5 (21 - 27 Oct) : 2caps MV (1 pre / 1 post) / 1cap TR (pre)
wk6 (28 Oct - 03 Nov) : 2caps MV (1 pre/ 1 post) / 2cap TR (1 pre/ 1 post) depending on how the 2MV/1TR does me...
wk7+: to be determined...
Note: I was going to do 2MV/1TR next week... but want to give the TR a week solo run to experience what it does to/for me...
