Notes: This is the start of the cycle. Looks like I will be doing 3 weeks on and 1 week off, due to being in DC for the third week of Oct. Will go back on after that week off. These first 3 weeks is pretty much an experiment to see what dosage works the best for me. Going to take my first dose soon and head to the gym about 4pm HST.
