Hello everyone Im new here, I would like to introduce my self...My name is Jason . IM in the military(NAVY), IM a MASTER AT ARMS also known as a MP(ARMY VERSION) station at GTMO, CUBA just for a year . Im trying to find a new workout program and a diet plan to help get my MOJO back. I was fit when I went on leave but then I lost track(MY WIFE FED ME TOO GOOD AND TRAP IN THE HOUSE

) and I cant find my way back on . I was on some supplements but now I wanna eat healthty first before I go back on because I was told thats how you get the best results. I would like to get into competive shape so I can try to do military amature bodybuilding shows. I have been to an Amature BB show and its motivated me to try to compete. I just need some help and wisdom . My body style is ENDOMORPH, Im 5"11" and 197 lbs . Im not a beginner nor Im not a master .Anybody have any tips?
