Yea, my quads get sore too, its just that they are never as sore as my gluts. Im building up to real squats. it wont be long before they are incorporated. I guess you can say that im kind of intimidated by them. I guess im scared of biting off more than i can chew and getting hurt. But i do know the importance of them.
