More soreness in gluts than quads?
It wasnt too long ago that i started to seriously incorperate legs into a weekly routine. It seems to me that my gluts are always more sore than my quads. I do smith machine squats, leg presses, quad and hamstring machines among other things and my gluts are always more sore. Any suggestions as to why?
