PCT is over as of today. it was
wk 13: 40mg nolva and 100mg clomid a day
wk 14: 30mg nolva and 50mg clomid a day
wk 15: 20mg nolva and 50mg clomid a day
although i ended up starting on week 10 due to the car accident. the nipple issue was a false alarm i guess. its fine. i have dropped about 5 lbs since i started pct. i attribute that to not being able to go to the gym. i am keeping protein and bcaa's high. the only supps i took during the cycle was a multi, whey and bcaa's. my doctor said dont go to the gym for about a month. its been 3 weeks and i feel fine so i went the past 2 days and did a light workout each day. no bad effects so i think im ready to hit it again.
the thing i got out of this first cycle is what i did wrong and now i wont make those same mistakes. i didnt do nearly enough cardio. i also didnt eat clean. i ate alot but it wasnt clean. next time i am going to do cardio 3X week and eat much cleaner.
