Notes:
~~Today was first lower body day back, so I was just seeing how it would go. I think I did pretty damn good. My legs were destroyed after the squats. I couldnt even stand w/o shaking and then I blasted my hams and lower back with sldls. 225x12 isnt anything untill you add those super slow negs in, then its hell. Im excited for day 3!
