After a long week off its time to start off the fall semester.
This semester is going to be rediculously hard workload wise so well see how workouts go.
My routein will be sorta like a hybrid between dc and light/heavy days. Everything will be hit 2x a week. Heavy means 1-4 reps per set. Light will be between 8 and 16.
Each muscle group will only have 1 exercise. Might just be one set, such as rest pause or static hold, might be a few straight sets. Im also going to do 4weeks on 1 week deload. This will keep me going with the little sleep ill be getting and will keep me sane. Im literally going to be pulling 50+ hour weeks of studio this whole semester, and with 4 other classes and living by myself, I will barley have time to take a **** when I need to

Day 1:
Heavy chest
light Back thickness
Heavy shoulder
light back width
tricep
Off
Day2:
Heavy quads
light hams
ab
Calf
bicep
Off
Day3:
Heavy Back thickness
light Shoulder
Heavy Back width
tricep
light chest (the reason for chest being last is for pre exhaust)
Off
Day4:
light Quad
Heavy ham
ab
calf
*possibly bicep
Off
Off
Repeat.
