Today is Sunday, August 19th and end of week 4 of Epidrol cycle... Started it July 22nd.

Weight on wake-up: 155.6lbs (start: 152.4lbs - currently: +3.2 lbs / +2.1%)
BF: 10% (start: 10% - currently: 0.00 lbs / 0.00%) by bf caliper to the same suprailliac spot w/ average of 3.

Diet: about 2200-2600 cals ED... 40p/40c/20f w/ some sporadic protein shakes thrown in when I think it is needed. Alcohol: none.

Dosage: 3 (30mg) ED of Genera Supplements Epidrol (taken at 7am, 1hr b4 WO or 2pm, 9pm) + other support supplements (see current list).

Sides experienced this week: forehead oilier than normal. No others.

General feelings / mental state: Feel fine / normal.

Workout days this past week: Cardio - none. Lifting - Last Sun lower day, Tues uppper day & Thurs lower day according to Workout (see list above).

Current Injuries: none

Current Stats (1RM):
bench 187 (start: 163lbs) - Change of 15% (correction, last week should be 187 as well)
squat 211 (start: 163lbs) - Change of 29%
dead 283 (start: 223lbs) - Change of 27%
Sum BSD 681 (start: 549) - Ave Change of 24%

Changes for next week: none

Notes: So far, out of 20 exercises in the lifting workout, the average weight added since start is 23% - 19% for upper & 28% on lower. Click here to see my current 1RM max stats comparison for start & end of wk4. I have become kinda bored with my routine & really noticed it the last few workouts. My motivation is bad and haven't been trying hard to push up heavy weight, so I have changed it up to make it more interesting and to put less stress on getting so many done... I will be doing one group per workout day during pct, at least, to see how I like it. Monday is my last Epidrol & I start the 2 week PCT on tues.
