i don't know when i'll start posting again. if i posted now, i'd get chewed up as my eating disorder seems to be coming back and i'm exercising more than ever.
i ate less than 350 cals yesterday and did 45 mins of lifting and an hour of cardio.
until i can get myself in a healthier mind frame, i think i am going to refrain from keeping a journal. i don't think it would help and might hurt. i'm already keeping track of it all and just don't want people to see.
if the above makes any sense. i'm really exhausted.
