Okay - Update
After my sickness I trained hard this week and added carbs to my meal to get back this lost muscle.
I am back at 205 and look fuller then before. Strenght is down compared to the end of the cycle but not that far - a couple of week and I'll be at it.
I lost tons of fat from the Ketogenic diet, I am not near 10% but I did lost a good 10 pound in 2-3 weeks of pure fat.
